How can I donate an object to the Museum?
If you have an object which you think would be of interest to the museum, give us a call. After a short discussion, our Curator can determine whether it will fit in with certain criteria, and you can then set up an appointment. The following criteria are used:
- Whether the object fits in with the Collections Policy
- The cost of maintaining and storing an object.
- How many similar objects the museum has already.
Even if the museum can not accept your object, they may refer you to other institutions who would be interested.
If your object is accepted, legal documents will be signed for your mutual agreement.
The telephone number of Mrs. Debra Barnes-Tabora, our Curator, is 9498368 ext. 2023. Objects can be of any historic value or location.
